What types of projects does Laura Michelle Designs work on?We work on everything from new construction, to remodels, to furniture and decor projects for our full-service clients. We also offer color consults, Designer for a Day packages, and e-Design services.
At what stage in my project should I reach out to Laura Michelle Designs? The earlier the better! We can even help you find a contractor or other trade vendors for your project. Generally the earlier our team is involved, the better!
Am I able to keep my existing furniture or fixtures? We are open to working with existing furniture and fixtures - especially if the piece holds sentimental value! Our studio prides itself on incorporating vintage furnishings as well if this is something that interests you.
Do you work with architects, builders, and general contractors?We love working on special projects with our trade partners! We have worked with architects, builders, general contractors, and even furniture manufacturers. Please use the form in the Contact page to reach out and begin the conversation on collaborations.
What is the typical project timeline to expect? Every project is different, but for furnishings or remodels we recommend expecting a 3-6 month timeline. For ground up new construction, the timeline is often anywhere from 12-16 months with proper planning and construction from start to finish.
